    My fiancé and I reached out to Phoenix Group Asia in the Fall of 2023 about a job posting we noticed online.

    We corresponded through emails and video calls with the staff over at Phoenix Group Asia in hopes of finding schools that we would both be suitable for.

    Phoenix Group Asia managed to find us positions in the same city as well as an apartment between the two schools. Before arriving to Taiwan, we had many questions. However, the staff at Phoenix Group Asia were able to answer our questions via email in a very efficient manner. We were never left wondering, ****which was important to us as this whole process was all very new at the time.

    My name is Patrick Haines, I’ve been in Taiwan for four years now. Over the course of four years, I’ve worked at 11 different schools with small student populations, so classes of about five to ten.

    Phoenix Group Asia - they’re extremely helpful with day-to-day life things in Taiwan. So if I need something I always know that I can ask and if they can’t directly provide aid, then they can point me in the direction of someone who can. They’re always responsive, whether it’s with email or with LINE. They’re usually quick about fixing things or stepping in when they’re needed. The thing I think they’ve helped me with the most, I’ve actually moved four times since I arrived in Taiwan and they’re always very helpful about having someone available to help with the moving situation.
