Yunlin County Government has the vision to broaden all the students' perspectives. In 2009, Yunlin International English Village (YIEV) was established for this purpose.
At YIEV, there are eight themes: Airport, Cabin, Bank, Restaurant, Gym, Shopping Mall, Reader's Theater, and Yunlin Museum.
Students can learn important things within each of these themes, bringing everyday English to life.
At YIEV, students will experience using English in a real-life situations and learn in a happy atmosphere.
At YIEV, students will "study abroad locally", achieving the goal of learning English:
learn happily, experience in person, and accomplish missions locally. We welcome all fifth-grade elementary school students from Yunlin County to join us. Let's make YIEV a bridge for Yunlin to connect to the world.
